Sunday, August 29, 2010 World Trial Mont Sainte Anne (Canada): Semi-Final 20 "Trial World Thursday, September 2 have played the semi-finals of the 20th trial.
The start at 13 locations, the weather was a bit cloudy but warm, the areas were a bit special but not terrible, all the eight sections, to go 2 times, characterized by large rocks and dusty earth.
My physical condition was at the top and it all started for the better.
the first area, a beautiful "0" but the "problems" began in the mid-first round where I lost the initial concentration and I made too many 5, some for mere platitudes. I could overcome the most complex and technical steps, but then I jammed the exit.
As in for example the number 8, where they face a sort of staircase, built by the organizers, the stones beneath my wheels are falling so I dropped to 2 meters from the end zone!
The first round was concluded with a very high number of penalties. In the second round allocation
motivated to improve and seem to have found my peace of mind but after a couple of areas I find myself doing two more useless 5, one for not seeing the penultimate gate, and the other to prevent and stop!
At the end of the second round despite not having zeros fact I find myself with 7 penalty points less than the first, but unfortunately the score is still too high, now there was nothing more to do, I have left to escape the final for some silly too!
a shame because my technical level there, but the absence from the racing world for so long it makes you feel, there's nothing to do but roll up your sleeves and prepare thoroughly for the next season!
thanks to everyone who supported me in this long and difficult period,
in particular to my family that motivated me every day, the technical staff of the National that put me in a position to give 100% and my sponsors.
